Measurements: All measurements are written as width × length.

Colors: All colors chosen are subject to dye lot variation.

Cancellations: Merchandise cannot be canceled once production has begun. Generally, production begins the same day the order is placed.

Suitability: Buyer has made all decisions regarding the selection, color, and style of merchandise purchased.

Delivery: Seller has provided Buyer with the best estimate of delivery time. Factory production schedules may change without notice. Therefore, delivery dates are estimates, and merchandise may not be available on the estimated date.

Inspection: Buyer must inspect the merchandise upon delivery and report any damage at that time.

Price: The price includes delivery, setup, assembly, unpacking, and installation unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and Payment: Buyer will make final payment (if applicable) upon receipt and installation. Failure to do so will result in storage charges of $2 per day per item and a late fee of 1.5% per month on any past due amount.

Acceptance: Orders are taken by a salesperson and are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

Security Interest: Buyer grants Seller a security interest in the merchandise to secure payment. Seller retains all rights of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code.

Fees and Expenses: Buyer agrees to pay all of Seller’s fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred in enforcing Seller’s rights.

Other Expenses: If Seller must go to Small Claims Court to enforce rights under this contract and prevails, Buyer will pay $500 to compensate for time and travel.

Return Charges: If a check is returned or a credit card charge is rejected, Buyer will pay Seller the amount charged by the bank or credit card company, with a minimum of $40.

Limited Warranty: Each manufacturer provides its own product warranty. Red Rock Blinds LLC offers a warranty on installation only and does not extend any additional product warranty beyond the manufacturer’s.

Service Guarantee: A trip charge will apply for service calls after the one-year anniversary of purchase. This charge will be at the current rate, with a minimum of $75 per trip.

At Red Rock Blinds LLC, every blind is custom made for you, the Purchaser. By signing the order form, you confirm that all order information is correct. Once signed, the merchandise is yours, and no returns or exchanges will be allowed beyond what is outlined in the warranty.
