What type of window treatments do you offer?
Blinds, Roller Shades, Honeycomb shades, Roman Shades, Woven Wood Shades, and Shutters
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, your window treatments are covered by a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. Motorized components are covered up to 5 years. Shutters are covered up to 25 years. Operational cords, ladders, and tapes are covered for 7 years. Exterior shades are covered for 5 years. All other components have a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects.
We also offer an optional Red Rock Blinds Warranty for added peace of mind, covering accidental damage for a small additional fee.
Which window treatments block the most sun?
Shades have the option to fully blackout or darken the room. Shutters also block out a lot of sun naturally.
When will my window treatments be installed?
Production time usually takes 2-4 weeks. As soon as your custom window treatments arrive, we schedule to install next day if possible.
